3999 bdt offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, you must wager the bonus 10 times — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

The bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit.
Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are met.
Any suspicious activity while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
3999 bdt reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

3999 bdt's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. At each tier, a portion of the weekly net loss is returned as cashback. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier 0.8%, and the Gold tier 1.2%. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 3999 bdt are operated by third-party game developers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and many other well-known studios. Each game has its own rules, RTP, and payout structure.

If your internet connection drops during a game, the game result is saved on the server and can be viewed after reconnecting.
If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
Sports bets are settled at the odds declared at the time of placement; odds cannot be changed after an event has taken place.
If a match or event is abandoned or postponed, the related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
